Loaf Language - Saturday, April 9th

Loaf Language was originally created during the pandemic as a means for LA-based pastry chef, Tiffany Kim, to support her parents while their business was forced to close temporarily. It was, and still is, a way for Tiffany to stay connected with baking, which is her favorite way to express love and to connect with friends & family. You’ll see that loving touch in all of her baked goods, from her strawberry tarts to her mochi-infused Krispies, in flavors like Pandan Coconut & Brown Butter Black Sesame!

“Loaf Language” is a word play on Love Language. As an Asian American, growing up meant navigating cultural gaps that included difficulties in verbalizing & showing "love." For Tiffany, it was difficult at times to even say “I love you.” But Loaf Language has allowed Tiffany, in her own words, to channel “all her love into baking brownies and cookies and to show affection through pastries instead." To this day, sharing food is still her ultimate love language.
